1. Cybersex is NOT allowed in the main room of #4GayBoyz if you MUST have cybersex do so in private.
2. It is not allowed to use obscene nicknames in #4GayBoyz. If you are using an obscene nickname, you will be asked to change it by an operator, refusing to do so may get you kicked or banned.
3. Advertising other IRC networks and/or channels is NOT allowed and may get you kicked or banned.
4. #4GayBoyz is not a pickup channel; there is no place for predators here.
5. Spamming will also get you kicked or banned.
6. Laughing and cheering for someone being banned is not nice and may get you kicked.
7. Having personal disputes with other users or operators in the main channel is disruptive and will earn you a kick or ban.
8. Prevent heated discussions on religious and political point of views.
9. Remain respectful towards others and refrain from insulting comments.
10. Remember, most of all, have fun!

Special Notes: The bots are programmed to ban those who use offensive words, if this happens while u were not intending to insult anyone, the operators will try to unban you. But please avoid the usage of offensive words.


We, the operators of #4GayBoyz, have taken into careful consideration that it is necessary to have regulations for kicking and banning for the operators, (excluding the founder), of #4GayBoyz in order to assure the rights of the users of #4GayBoyz and prevent intended as well as unintended abuse of power.

The "KBR" protects the users against discrimination on basis of personal beliefs, against advertisements (mostly to sites that contain viruses), against sexual harassment, against being kicked for events happening in private sessions (which can easily be solved with /ignore) and against personal disputes between other users.

The "KBR" is based on basic international rights, basic IRC rules and the #4GayBoyz rules. The "KBR" has been discussed in the 4GB Operator room and was submitted to a poll by the founder of #4GayBoyz. By a majority of 70%, we, the operators of #4GayBoyz, have agreed to and understood the following;

Article 1 - (Reporting Bans):  All bans performed on voices (+) and operators (@) must be reported on the forum. (irc4GBOPS@yahoogroups.com).

Article 2 - ("Mains" & Private):  Bans and Kicks may only be given for events happening on "mains" not in private messaging or otherwise.

Article 3 - (Cybersex):  Cybersex is not allowed in the "mains" of #4Gayboyz. (It is in private). Cybersex in "mains" will receive a warning kick followed by a ban.

Article 4 - (Obscene Nicknames):  Someone using an obscene nickname, and refusing to change it, will receive a warning kick followed by a ban.

Article 5 - (Advertising and Spamming):  Anyone who advertises or spams, will receive a warning kick followed by a ban.

Article 6 - (Operator Defiance):  When an operator bans someone using a rude kick/ban message and/or fails to report a ban and/or kick or bans someone for personal reasons, he(she) should issue an apology or risk losing his(her) operator status by votes from other channel operators.

Article 7 - (Apathy):  Members and/or Operators laughing and cheering at someone being kicked and/or banned are subject to a kick.

Article 8 - (Unofficial Bots):  Ro(Bots) that are not official channel Bots (Make sure it is not an official bot) and are disturbing the channel should be kicked, incase they rejoin they should be banned.

Article 9 - (Disruptions):  Personal disputes in "mains" (and other kind of disrupting events to the channel), are subject to a warning kick followed by a ban.

Article 10 - (Discrimination):  Disrespectful comments on race, sexuality, gender, social status, religious beliefs, political beliefs, etc., are subject to a ban. (The banning operator must discuss this with the banned user in private so he can lift the ban incase it was a misunderstanding.)

Special Notes: Banning and/or kicking for any other reason then the above mentioned should be agreed upon by all present operators. Kicking and/or banning in so called emergency cases do not require the above stated rules but the operator will be held responsible for his actions and will have to prove that he acted justly and only due to imminent threats which needed to be dealt with right away.

Conversations that have an objective personal or other kind of sexual satisfaction or are sexually stimulating in any way are also considered cybersex!
